Ella Paludo – Board Member, Director of Strategy & International Affairs

Ella Paludo is an innovative, strategic and inspiring leader. Born in Florianópolis, she has lived abroad for the past 11 years in the UK, USA, Australia and Sweden. Since 2018, Ella has been calling Stockholm home.

Ella has always had a passion for sustainably, equality and youth development. Seeking a way to ‘give back’ to Brazilian communities even from afar, Ella joined ETIV on a volunteering-basis in April 2021, firstly as Consultant, then as Vice President of the Board of Directors and most recently as Director of Strategy & International Affairs.

As a member of ETIV’s Board of Directors, Ella plays a crucial role in leading the NGOs strategic planning, focusing on designing and implementing strategic actions, and in sharing relevant global best-practice and trends.

Besides ETIV, Ella works as Global Strategy & Ventures Director for a Japanese tech company, and has a strong background in strategy and innovation consulting.
